چکیده مقاله :
آنتیاکسیدانها اولین خط دفاعی جهت مقابله با فشارا کسایشی تولید شده طی فعالیت ورزشی شدید را تشکیل می دهند. از آنجا که چاقی نیز با برهم خوردن تعادل سیستم اکسایشی- ضداکسایشی بدن همراه است،هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضربررسی تاثیر 14 روز مکملسازی رزوراترول بر تغییرات سطوح سرمی سرلوپلاسمین و مالوندیآلدهید در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی شدید در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال بود.20 مرد جوان دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند.آزمودنیهای هر دو گروه در یک وهله فعالیت ورزشی تا سرحد واماندگی شرکت کردند. سپس، آزمودنیها در گروه تجربی به مدت 14 روز و هر روز یک وعده کپسول مکمل رزوراترول 400 میلیگرمی و در گروه کنترل نیز طی 14 روز، روزانه یک عددکپسول400 میلیگرمی لاکتوز مصرف کردند. اولین خونگیری قبل ازشروع دوره پژوهش و دومین خونگیری بلافاصله بعد از اجرای آزمون بروس انجام گرفت. در روز پانزدهم و پس از پایان مکملدهی، سومین خونگیری انجام شد. سپس آزمودنیها آزمون بروس را اجرا کرده و مجددا بلافاصله خونگیری چهارم انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس با اندازه-گیری مکرر و تی زوجی و درسطح معنیداری آماری۰۵/۰>P انجام شد.14 روز مکملسازی رزوراترول بر تغییرات سطوح سرمی سرلوپلاسمین در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی شدید تاثیر معنیدار داشت.چنین به نظر میرسد 14 روز مکمل سازی رزوراترول در بهبود عملکرد آنتی اکسیدانی بدن در مردان جوان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن تاثیر معنیدار داشته است.معهذا،انجام تحقیقات بیشتر جهت درک سازوکار میانجی ضروری بهنظر میرسد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
AbstractAntioxidants are first line of defense against the oxidative stress produced during high intensity exercise. Since, obesity is also related to imbalance of oxidative- antioxidative system of body; purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 14 days of resveratrol supplementation on changes in serum levels of ceruloplasmin and malondialdehyde in response to one bout of high intensity exercise in sedentary overweight young men. For this purpose, twenty sedentary overweight young men selected and randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control). Subjects in both experimental and control groups participated in one bout of exhaustive exercise (Bruce Test). Then, subjects in experimental group (supplementation) consumed one capsule of 400-mg resveratrol per day for 14 days. In control group (placebo), subject consumed one capsule of 400-mg lactose per day for 14 days. First blood sample was taken before the study and second one was done immediately after Bruce test. At the fifteenth day and at the end of 14 days of supplementation, subjects in both groups perform the exhaustive exercise again and forth blood sample was taken immediately following their performance. Data analysis was done using repeated measures ANOVA, and paired t-test, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Finding showed 14 days of resveratrol supplementation had significant effect on serum levels of ceruloplasmin in response to one bout of high intensity exercise (P=0.043). It seems that 14 days of resveratrol supplementation has a significant effect on the improvement of function of antioxidant system of body in in sedentary overweight young men. Nevertheless, further research is necessary to understand the mediated mechanism.
