شناسایی و اولویتبندی راهبردهای مدیریتی در سبک اداره بیمارستان شهدای کرمانشاه

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: امروزه سبک مدیران در مدیریت مجموعه سازمانی نقش مهم و بسزایی در انگیزش و بهرهبرداری از عوامل و منابع ایفا میکند. به طوری که موفقترین مدیران کسانی هستند که بهترین سبک مدیریت را با توجه به شرایط سازمانی انتخاب میکند. روش پژوهش: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و ارزیابی راهبردهای مدیریتی در سبک اداره در مجموعه بیمارستان شهداء و ارائه راهبرد بهینه در جهت ارتقاء سبک و شیوه مدیریتی در بیمارستان میباشد. در همین راستا، در این تحقیق، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه صاحبنظران و کارکنان بیمارستان شهدا میباشد که نمونهای با حجم 20 نفر انتخاب شده. گردآوری دادهها به روش میدانی انجام شده است. به منظور گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به کار رفته که روایی آن از طریق صاحبنظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. در تحقیق حاضر برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها که از تکنیک تاپسیس از تکنیکهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره میباشد استفاده شده است. یافتهها: سبک مدیریت مشارکتی مطابق با جدول محاسبه اندازه نزدیکی نسبی تا ایدهآلها، با CI برابر با 0.982 دارای بیشترین مقدار بود. همچنین در میان شاخصهای ارزیابی سبکهای مدیریت، انگیزش، تعهد سازمانی و اهداف سازمان، ارتباطات، بهرهوری و هماهنگی انسجام، دارای ضریب اهمیت به ترتیب 27.5، 15.25، 15.25، 14.25، 13.75 و 13.5 درصد محاسبه شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از این است که بهترین سبک مدیریت در بیمارستان شهدا کرمانشاه، سبک مدیریت مشارکتی میباشد و همچنین مدیریت اقتدار مأب، در اولویت آخر قرار دارد و در میان شاخصهای ارزیابی سبکهای مدیریت، شاخص انگیزش مهمترین و با اهمیتترین شاخص شناسایی شد.
Introduction: Today, the style of managers in the management of the organizational complex plays an important role in motivating and exploiting factors and resources. So that the most successful managers are those who choose the best management style according to organizational conditions. Methods: The purpose of this dissertation is to review and evaluate management strategies in the management style in Shohada Hospital and to provide an optimal strategy to improve the management style and method in the hospital. In this regard, in this study, the statistical population includes all experts and staff of Shohada Hospital that a sample of 20 people was selected. Data collection was done by field method. In order to collect data, researcher-made questionnaires were used, the validity of which was confirmed by experts. Results: Participatory management style according to the calculation table of relative proximity to ideals had the highest value with CI equal to 0.982. Also, among the evaluation indices of management styles, motivation, organizational commitment and organization goals, communication, productivity and cohesion coordination, the coefficient of importance was 27.5, 15.25, 15.25, 14.25, 13.75 and 13.5 respectively. Conclusion: The results indicate that the best management style in Shohada Hospital in Kermanshah is a participatory style and the management of authority, among other styles, is the last priority and among the evaluation criteria of management styles, the index Motivation comes first.
