نقش اخلاق حرفهای و مسئولیت اجتماعی بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر اخلاق حرفه ای و مسئولیت اجتماعی بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران بوده است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نگاه روش، توصیفی – پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل ورزشکاران منتخب شاغل در باشگاه های ورزشی کشور در رشته های انفرادی کشتی، کاراته، تکواندو و رشته های تیمی والیبال، بسکتبال، هندبال (592 ورزشکار) بود که در سال 1397 به رقابت می پرداختند که به روش نمونه گیری احتمالی – تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه های اخلاق حرفه ای کادوزیر (2002) با 16 گویه که 8 بعد مسئولیت پذیر، صادق بودن، عدالت و انصاف، وفاداری، برتری جویی رقابت، احترام به دیگران، همدردی با دیگران، رعایت و احترام نسبت به ارزش ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی. مسئولیت اجتماعی کارول (1991) با 25 سوال در 4 بعد اخلاقی، بعد قانونی، بعد بشردوستانه و بعداقتصادی و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ریمر و چلادورلی (۱۹۸۸) با 14 سوال صورت پذیرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های حاصل از پژوهش از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با نرم افزار Smart pls نسخه 8/2/3 استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که اخلاق حرفه ای اثری مثبت و معنی دار بر مسئولیت اجتماعی دارد (449/0=736/8،t=β). تاثیراخلاق حرفه ای بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران مثبت و معنی دار بود (141/0=803/3،t=β). یافته ها نشان داد که مسئولیت اجتماعی بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران اثر معناداری دارد (735/0=340/23،t=β). در نهایت اثر اخلاق حرفه ای بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران با نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی تایید گردید (700/0=082/8،t=β). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که مدیران باشگاههای کشور میتوانند از فعالیتهای مسئولیت اجتماعی ورزشکاران خود به منظور ترویج یک رفتار سازمانی مطلوب و افزایش رضایتمندی ورزشکاران در جهت کسب نتایج مثبت باشگاه ها استفاده کنند.
The purpose of this study was the effect of professional ethics and social responsibility on athletes' satisfaction, which in terms of practical purpose and methodological, descriptive-survey of correlation. The statistical population of the study included selected athletes working in the country's sports clubs in individual disciplines of wrestling, karate, taekwondo and team disciplines of volleyball, basketball, and handball (592 athletes) who competed in 1397. Simple probabilistic random sampling was selected. To collect research data from Kadozir (2002) Professional Ethics Questionnaire with 16 items that have 8 dimensions of responsibility, honesty, justice and fairness, loyalty, competitiveness, respect for others, empathy with Others, respect for social values and norms. Carol (1991) with 25 questions in 4 dimensions of ethics, legal dimension, humanitarian dimension and economic dimension and satisfaction of athletes Barimer and Chaladorli (1988) with 14 questions. To analyze the data obtained from the research, the partial least squares method was used with Smart pls software version 2.8 / 3. Findings showed that professional ethics has a positive and significant effect on social responsibility (t=β, 8.736=0,449) the effect of professional ethics on athletes' satisfaction was positive and significant (t=β, 3.803=0,141). Findings showed that social responsibility has a significant effect on athletes' satisfaction (t=β, 23.340=0,735). Finally, the effect of professional ethics on athletes' satisfaction with the mediating role of social responsibility was confirmed (t=β, 8.082=0,700). According to the research results, it can be concluded that the managers of the country's clubs can use the social responsibility activities of their athletes in order to promote a desirable organizational behavior and increase the satisfaction of athletes in order to achieve positive results in the clubs.
