بررسی تاثیرتیمار اسید سالیسیلیک بر جوانه زنی و برخی خصوصیات بذر گیاه دارویی گاوزبان (Borago officinalis. L) در شرایط تنش شوری

امروزه گیاهان دارویی، به صورت خام یا فرآوری شده در طب سنتی و مدرن صنعتی مورد استفاده فراوانی دارند. به این منظور به بررسی تأثیر پیش تیمار اسیدسالسیلیک بر جوانه زنی و برخی خصوصیات بذر گیاه دارویی گل گاوزبان (Borago officinalis. L ، در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه سطح اسیدسالسیلیک با غلظت غلظت (500، 1000 و 1500 میلی مولار) و تنش شوری با غلظت های (50، 100 و 150 میلی مولار) بودند. صفات مورد آزمایش شامل طول ریشه چه و ساقه چه، انرژی جوانه زنی بذر، بنیه بذر، محتوای پرولین در ریشه چه و ساقه چه، سرعت جوانه زنی، درصد نهایی جوانه زنی بودند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده تاثیر اسیدسالیسیلیک در شرایط تنش شوری بر شاخص های مورد مطالعه تاثیر معناداری نشان داد. افزایش شوری باعث کاهش شدید شاخص های رویشی و جوانه زنی بذر شد. استفاده از سالیسیلیک اسید به صورت پیش تیمار بذر سبب بهبود رشد و جوانه زنی را بدنبال دارد.
