شناسایی مؤلفه های هوشمندسازی مدارس و ارزیابی وضعیت مدارس متوسطه شهر سنندج بر اساس آن مؤلفه ها

این پژوهش، با هدف شناسایی مؤلفههای هوشمندسازی مدارس در شهر سنندج و سپس، ارزیابی وضعیت مدارس هوشمند بر اساس میزان بهکارگیری این مؤلفهها صورت گرفت. روش این مطالعه از بعد هدف، کاربردی است و از نظر گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در قسمت اول، شامل 14 نفر (4 نفر از استادان گروه علوم تربیتی و خبرگان حیطه برنامهدرسی، 6 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه فنآوری اطلاعات آموزش و پرورش استان کردستان و 4 نفر از مدیران با سابقه آموزش و پرورش) بود که با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی در قسمت خبرگان مؤلفههای هوشمندسازی مدارس شناسایی شدند. در قسمت دوم، جامعه شامل دبیران و مدیران بود. با توجه به این مؤلفههای استخراج شده، پرسشنامهای طراحی گردید که میزان پایایی آن بهوسیله آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 0/88 تعیین شد. پرسشنامه بین 312 نفر از مدیران و دبیران (با توجه به فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه کوکران) توزیع شد. دادهها از نمونههای پژوهش اخذ و با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتههای این مطالعه مؤلفههای زیرساختارها و قوانین و فرهنگ عمومی، نیروی انسانی ماهر، ارتباط بین مدارس، محیط یادگیری ومدیریت فنآوری داخلی مدارس را بهعنوان مؤلفههای اصلی شناسایی نمود که بیشترین تأثیر را بر متغیر هوشمندسازی مدارس داشتند و همچنین، میزان بهکارگیری این مؤلفهها در مدارس هوشمند شهر سنندج رضایتبخش نبود.
