ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل بازدارنده کاربرد فنآوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشگاهها از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان میباشد. پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بوده و به طور خاص از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل تمام دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان در سال 1392 بود. از میان افراد مذکور، 322 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامهای محقق ساخته است که روایی آن مورد تأیید کارشناسان و خبرگان امر بوده و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 85/0 به دست آمد. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی مورد بررسی و آنالیز قرار گرفتند. عمدهترین نتایج، بیانگر آن بود که از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بر اساس تحلیل عاملی انجام گرفته، هفت عامل بازدارنده، شامل عوامل اقتصادی، فردی، آموزشی، فنی، هنجار ذهنی، محیطی و نگرشی تبیین گردید. همچنین، به ترتیب عامل هنجار ذهنی با بار عاملی 81/0 و عامل اقتصادی با بار عاملی 44/0 دارای بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر بر بازدارندگی کاربرد فنآوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بودند.
