ملخص المقالة :

چکیده: در ادبیات برنامه ریزی شهری، توسعه شهری غالبا از نگرش کالبدی-فضایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و الگوها و راهکارهای متعددی در این رابطه ارائه می گردد.در ایران با رشد فزاینده شهر ها در پی اصلاحات ارضی و تشدید مهاجرت های روستایی به کلان شهرها، سیاست های جدیدی برای ایجاد شهر های کوچک بوجود آمد که در شکلی از این سیاست، روستاهای بزرگ به شهرهای کوچک تبدیل شدند و الگوهای متفاوت فضایی و کالبدی را در نحوه رشد و توسعه خود به ارمغان آوردند،لذا در این تحقیق که یک تحقیق کاربردی است و هدف آن شناخت الگوی فیزیکی و نحوه گسترش روستا-شهرها با روش میدانی و مشاهده ای است محقق ابتدا با استخراج اطلاعات ساخت وساز شهری در دو زمان مختلف و تطبیق و توجیه آن روی زمین،نحوه تغییرات صورت گرفته را ثبت و با اندازه گیری متغییرهای پژوهش( جمعیت،مساحت ساخت و ساز شهری و وسعت شهر) در روش آنتروپی شانون و مدل هلدرن در طول دوره های مورد نظر، نحوه گرایش رشد فیزیکی شهر را از نظر قواره بررسی نموده است؛ نتایج این تحقیق در نمونه موردی که شهر جورقان یکی از شهرهای ناحیه میانی در کلان شهر همدان میباشد؛ نشان میدهد این شهر دارای یک رشد بی قواره و اسپرال بوده و در بی قواره گی شهری آن، رشد جمعیت تاثیر کمتری داشته و این شهر در روند رشد فیزیکی خود تمایل به گسترش پراکنده و حاشیه ای در امتداد راههای منتهی به دسترسی های برون شهری دارد.
