ارزیابی اثرات اجرای طرحهای هادی روستایی و نقش آن در توسعه روستایی از دیدگاه جامعه محلی (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان ایذه)

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه طرح هادی روستایی، به عنوان نخستین تلاش سازمان یافته و فراگیر ملی برای ساماندهی فضایی روستاهای کشور، مهم ترین ابزار مدیریت توسعه روستایی محسوب می شود. طرح هادی روستا از جمله طرح های عمران روستایی است که می تواند نقش بنیادی و زیربنایی در توسعه یکپارچه نواحی روستایی داشته باشد. اﮐﻨﻮن ﭘﺲ از ﮔﺬﺷﺖ بیش از سه دهه از ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و اﺟﺮای ﻃﺮح ﻫﺎی ﻫﺎدی روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ و اﻧﺪوﺧﺘﻦ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎی ارزﻧﺪه در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪی- ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ، ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﺑـﺪاﻧﯿﻢ ﮐـﻪ اﯾـﻦ اﻗـﺪاﻣﺎت ﭼـﻪ ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎﯾﯽ را ﺑﻪهمراه داشته است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارزیابی اثرات اجرای طرح های هادی روستایی و نقش آن در توسعه روستایی بخش مرکزی شهرستان ایذه می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی می باشد، و جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و میدانی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، ساکنان 7 روستای بخش مرکزی شهرستان ایذه (3466 خانوار) که بیش از 10سال از اجرای طرح هادی در آن ها سپری شده است می باشند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 346 نفر برآورد گردید. ابزار پژوهش نیز پرسش نامه، ساکنان خانوار روستاهای دارای طرح می باشد که روایی آن از طرف عده ای از متخصصین تأیید گردید و برای تعیین میزان پایایی مقیاس اصلی پرسش نامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ میزان (85/0) استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده های پرسش نامه نیز از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش بیانگر این است که میانگین های مربوط به دو بعد(کالبدی واجتماعی )عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دوبعد اقتصادی و محیطی داشته است.
