ملخص المقالة :

هدف از انجام این اعتباریابی و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه تصمیم‌گیری در داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسیا بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بوده که به صورت میدانی به اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسیا در دو بخش مردان و زنان تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 292 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تصمیم‌گیری که مشتمل بر 25 سؤال بوده استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات اساتید مدیریت ورزشی به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های توصیفی و آزمون های آماری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد پایایی پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری (82/0) می‌باشد. در خصوص روایی سازه و بر اساس میزان روابط و T-value، تمامی سؤالات رابطه معناداری با عامل‌ها داشتند و توانستند پیشگوی خوبی برای عامل خود باشند. شاخـص‌های نسبت x2 به df (21/2)، 065/0=RMSEA و همچنین 00/1=NFI، 00/1=CFI، 1/1=IFI، 93/0=GFI، و 92/0=AGFI، برازش مدل‌ را تأیید کردند. همچنین در خصوص روابط عامل‌ها با مفهوم تصمیم گیری نتایج نشان داد که تمامی عامل‌ها توانستند پیشگوی خوبی برای مفهوم تصمیم گیری باشند. لذا پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری در ورزش مقیاسی قابل اطمینان و معتبری است که می‌توان برای ارزیابی میزان تصمیم گیری در ورزش استفاده نمود و نتایج معتبری را به دست آورد.
