ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس ذهنآگاهی بینفردی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس ذهنآگاهی بینفردی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد شهر تهران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان رسول اکرم (ص) در مهر و آبان سال 1401 بود. 321 نفر به روش نمونهبرداری در دسترس انتخاب و به مقیاسهای ذهنآگاهی بینفردی (پراتچر و دیگران، 2019) ، همدلی اساسی (فارینگتون، 2006) و پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر (کسلر و دیگران ،2002) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش همسانی درونی به شیوه آلفای کرونباخ و برای روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای نمره کل مقیاس 87/0 و برای زیرمولفههای حضور، آگاهی نسبت به خود و دیگری، پذیرش غیرقضاوتی و غیرواکنشی بودن به ترتیب 69/0، 83/0، 69/0 و 72/0 بود. مقیاس ذهنآگاهی بین فردی همبستگی مثبت معناداری را با مقیاس همدلی اساسی (0.429) و همبستگی منفی را با پریشانی روان شناختی (0.356-) نشان داد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده ذهنآگاهی بینفردی میتواند پیامدهای رابطهی مثبتی را در تعاملات بینفردی داشته باشد. به طور کلی نسخه ایرانی مقیاس ذهنآگاهی بینفردی ساختار 4 عاملی و پایایی و روایی مناسبی را نشان داد و در پژوهشهای مختلف میتوان از آن استفاده کرد
