ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش اثربخشی مداخلة مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی را بر کاهش نشانههای نارسایی توجه/ فزونکنشی زیر آستانة تشخیص و مشکلات برونیسازی نوجوانان بررسی کرد. فهرست رفتاری کودک و فرم خودگزارشدهی نوجوانان نظام سنجش مبتنی بر تجربة آشنباخ در نمونة 253 نفری از نوجوانان و مادران آنها اجرا شد. 24 نفر از نوجوانانی که بنابر نتایج فهرست رفتاری کودکان، نمرههای مرزی در زیرمقیاس مشکلات توجه و نمرههای بالا در مشکلات برونیسازی داشتند و نشانههای آنها در فرم خودگزارشدهی نوجوانان نیز تأیید شده بود، بهتصادف در دو گروه آزمایش (12 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسة مداخلة مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی در مدت 8 هفته دریافت کرد. گروه کنترل در این بازه زمانی هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادههای کمّی با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شد و یافتهها نشان داد که پس از مداخله نشانههای نارسایی توجه/ فزونکنشی و مشکلات برونیسازی در نوجوانان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با نوجوانان گروه کنترل کاهش معنادار داشته است. یافتههای این پژوهش کاربرد بالینی در پیشگیری و درمانگری نشانههای نارسایی توجه/ فزونکنشی و مشکلات برونیسازی نوجوانان در فضاهای بالینی و مدارس دارد.
