اثربخشی برنامۀ آموزشی رفتار مادر با کودکان طلاق و برنامۀ مداخلۀ ویژۀ کودک طلاق بر مدیریت هیجان کودکان

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی رفتار با کودکان طلاق ویژه مادر و برنامه مداخله ویژه کودکان طلاق بر مدیریت هیجان کودکان طلاق صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش شبه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه بود. از مادران مطلقه مراجعه کننده به یک کلنیک روان شناختی در شهر تهران جهت آموزش والدگری در سال 1399 تعداد 45 نفر (سه گروه 15 نفری) به صورت نمونه برداری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل چک لیست مدیریت هیجان کودک شیلدز و چیکتی (1998) بود. نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته نشان داد نظم جویی هیجان انطباقی و بی ثباتی/منفی گرایی در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیش آزمون تغییرات معناداری را نشان می دهند و در متغیر بی ثباتی/منفی گرایی گروه مداخله ویژه کودک در مقایسه با گروه گواه نتایج معناداری نشان می دهد، ولی برای گروه مداخله رفتار با کودکان طلاق ویژه مادر نتایج معناداری مشاهده نشد. بر اساس یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه مداخله ویژه کودکان طلاق بر مدیریت هیجان کودکان طلاق موثر است.
