اثربخشی مداخله شناختی رفتاری خانوادهمحور بر انطباق خانواده و شدت اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری کودکان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی مداخله شناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر آموزش خانواده بر کاهش انطباق خانواده و شدت وسواس کودک بود.طرح پژوهش از نوع شبهتجربی همراه با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و گروه گواه بود.با استفاده از مقیاس اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری یلبراون کودکان(اسکاهیل و دیگران،1997)،20کودک مبتلا به اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری8تا12ساله به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش(10نفر)و گواه(10نفر)قرار گرفتند.سپس مقیاس انطباق خانواده(کالووکورسی و دیگران،1999)و مقیاس اثر وسواس بر کودک(پیاسنتینی، برگمن، کلر و مککراکان،2003)اجرا شدند.سپس، کودکان و خانوادههای آنها در گروه آزمایش تحت درمان12جلسهای راهنمای عملی شناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر آموزش خانواده قرار گرفتند.در این بازه زمانی گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای را دریافت نکرد.همه مقیاسها به عنوان پسآزمون برای هر دو گروه اجرا شد.دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گدفتند.نتایج نشان داد که پس از این مداخله، انطباق خانواده، شدت وسواس و اختلال درعملکرد کودکان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه کاهش معنادار داشت.یافتههای این پژوهش با روشن ساختن نقش انطباق خانواده در شدت وسواس کودکان، منجر به کاربرد بیشتر الگوی ترکیبی درمانشناختی رفتاری و آموزش خانواده در موقعیتهای بالینی خواهد شد.
