رابطه دلهره ارتباطی و خودکارآمدی کار گروهی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی ارتباطی با استفاده از رویکرد محرک، ارگانیسم، پاسخ در دانشجویان حسابداری

چکیده داشتن توانایی ارتباطی مناسب برای دانشآموختگانی که در آستانه ورود به حرفه هستند، ضروری است. ازآنجاکه کاهش فاصله توانمندی دانشآموختگان و انتظار کارآفرینان از آنان میتواند به توسعه حرفهای منجر شود و ارتباط مناسب نیز یکی از مقولههای مهم مطرحشده در این حوزه است، ضرورت پژوهش حاضر روشن میشود. هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه رابطه دلهره ارتباطی و خودکارآمدی کار گروهی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی ارتباطی با استفاده از رویکرد محرک، ارگانیسم، پاسخ در دانشجویان حسابداری مقاطع مختلف کشور است. مطالعه پیش رو از نوع پیمایشی کاربردی است. همچنین، بررسی موضوع بهوسیله پرسشنامه و نمونهگیری بهصورت تصادفی ساده از 168 نفر از دانشجویان حسابداری مقاطع و دانشگاههای مختلف کشور در زمستان 1401 صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل یافتهها در قالب 3 فرضیه اصلی، از روش معادلات ساختاری توسط نرمافزار Smart PLS، استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین دلهره ارتباطی و خودکارآمدی ارتباطی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین خودکارآمدی ارتباطی و خودکارآمدی کار گروهی نیز رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد. مطالعه روند علی پژوهش در دو فرضیه ابتدایی نیز نشان میدهد که نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی ارتباطی بر رابطه دلهره ارتباطی و خودکارآمدی کار گروهی مورد تائید است. درنتیجه بر اساس یافتهها، لازم است در راستای توسعه حرفهای و پوشش نیازهای بازار کار دانشجویان حسابداری، به مهارتهای نرم ازجمله مهارتهای ارتباطی بیشازپیش توجه شود
