ملخص المقالة :
هدف این تحقیق مطالعه و بررسی سرفصل دروس دورۀ دکتری مدیریت ورزشی ایران (براساس آخرین بازنگری سال1393) در کنار دانشگاه های منتخب (امریکا،کانادا)، به منظور دستیابی به تناسب، همخوانی و دستاوردهای آن بود. روش پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، کیفی و مبتنی بر روش دلفی و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل 41 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی ایران با مرتبۀ استاد تمامی و یا دانشیاری با بیش از20 سال سابقۀ کاری بود. ابزار پژوهش برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیازکتابخانه ای، و غالباً مبتنی بر وب بوده است. سرفصل های دانشگاه های منتخب از سایت انجمن مدیریت ورزشی امریکای شمالی استخراج گردید که در امریکا دانشگاه های تروی، لوییزیانا، اورگان، میشیگان، اوهایو، مینسوتا، نیومکزیکو، کارولینای شمالی، ایندیانا، کانزاس، ایلینویز، فلوریدا و درکانادا دانشگاه های برووک، اوتاوا، واترلوو، وسترن، آلبرتا و رجینا را در بر گرفت. در ایران نیز سرفصل ها مصوب وزارت علوم و در همه دانشگاه ها یکسان می باشد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که در دانشگاه های آمریکا و کانادا در مقایسه با دانشگاه های ایران مؤلفه های برنامۀ درسی از جامعیت، عمق و درون زایی بیشتری برخوردار بوده و جنبه پژوهشی و کاربردی دارند. برای افزایش سطح کاربردی سرفصل ها با توجه به نیازها و شرایط روزجامعه، بازنگری مداوم و مستمر سرفصل ها توصیه می گردد.
