گروهبندی لاینهای امیدبخش برنج بر اساس صفات زراعی و مورفولوژیک

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تنوع زراعی و مورفولوژیک لاین های امیدبخش برنج انجام شد. برای این منظور، 16 لاین برنج در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سال زراعی 1392 در ایستگاه تحقیقات برنج تنکابن (چپرسر) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. صفات زراعی و مورفولوژیک شامل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد پنجه، طول خوشه، مساحت برگ پرچم، تعداد دانه پر، تعداد دانه پوک، تعداد دانه کل، وزن هزار دانه، وزن خوشه و عملکرد دانه در کلیه لاین ها اندازه گیری شد. تجزیه خوشه ای با روش وارد لاین ها را در سه گروه قرار داد و گروه های مختلف دارای تنوع در صفات زراعی بودند. رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که وزن خوشه، مساحت برگ پرچم و ارتفاع بوته مهم ترین صفات تبیین کننده کل تغییرات عملکرد بودند. در مجموع از لاین های شماره 11، 13 و 15 که دارای ظرفیت بالاتر عملکرد و خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی مناسبی نسبت به سایر لاین های این تحقیق می باشند می توان به عنوان جامعه مبنا استفاده و به عنوان لاین های مطلوب جهت برنامه های به زراعی، در شرایط مشابه با این آزمایش قابل توصیه باشند.
