اثر حشرهکشهای میکروبی و شیمیایی بر سنین مختلف لاروی سوسک کلرادوی سیبزمینی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

ملخص المقالة :
در این پژوهش، حساسیت سنین مختلف لاروی سوسک کلرادوی سیب زمینی به فرآورده تجارتی بایوبیت محتوی باکتری Bacillus thuringiensis var. tenebrionis به عنوان یک آفت کش میکروبی و حشرهکش های شیمیایی ایمیداکلوپراید و فوزالون به ترتیب به عنوان حشرهکش رایج و جدید برای مهار این آفت، در شرایط آزمایشگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور سوسک کلرادوی روی برگهای سیبزمینی در شرایط گلدانی پرورش داده شده و حساسیت سنین لاروی اول، دوم، سوم و چهارم در آزمایش های زیستسنجی مشخص گردید. مقادیر غلظت های 50% کشندگی بایوبیت بعد از 144 ساعت برای سنین مختلف لاروی مذکور به ترتیب 252، 613، 1731 و 3006 و برای ایمیداکلوپراید بعد از 72 ساعت بهترتیب 58/17، 35/41، 76/56 و 27/81 و برای فوزالون در همین زمان به ترتیب 447، 698، 1020 و 1297 قسمت در میلیون برآورد شد. با افزایش سنین لاروی مقاومت لاروها نسبت به تیمار به کار برده شده افزایش یافت. همچنین، سوسک کلرادوی سیب زمینی نسبت به ایمیداکلوپراید حساستر از فوزالون و بایوبیت و نسبت به فوزالون حساستر از بایوبیت بود که می تواند در مهار شیمیایی این آفت مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
