طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی تجاری سازی تحقیقات دانشگاهی با رویکرد توسعه ی اشتغال آفرینی دانش بنیان در نظام سلامت

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی تجاری سازی تحقیقات دانشگاهی با رویکرد توسعه ی اشتغال آفرینی دانش بنیان در نظام سلامت ایران انجام شد. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف، کاربردی_توسعه ای و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی خبرگان حوزه تجاری سازی و اساتید دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور بودند. در این مرحله، 12 نفر از خبرگان انتخاب شدند. به منظور انجام نمونه‌گیری، از نمونه‌گیری نظری استفاده شد. این فرایند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری محقق ادامه یافت و همزمان با گردآوری داده‌ها کدگذاری آن ها نیز انجام گرفت. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل مدیران مراکز تحقیقاتی ، اعضای هیات علمی ، معاونین و مدیران ارشد دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی و دانشگاه های وزارت علوم بود. جهت انتخاب نمونه آماری از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. الگوی طراحی شده در بخش کیفی با رویکرد داده بنیاد در پرسشنامه ای تنظیم و در بین 440 نفر از مدیران مراکز تحقیقاتی ، اعضای هیات علمی ، معاونین و مدیران ارشد دانشگاه های مذکور توزیع شد. برای گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه و در بخش کمی، از پرسشنامه مبتنی بر مضامین شناسایی شده در بخش کمی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده بخش کمی موید این بود که الگوی تجاری سازی تحقیقات دانشگاهی با رویکرد توسعه ی اشتغال آفرینی دانش بنیان در نظام سلامت معتبر بوده و دارای مطلوبیت می باشد.
