ملخص المقالة :

امروزه فشار بسیار زیادی برای ارائه نتایج سریع در پروژه ها وجود دارد و برای موفقیت در پروژه ای باید عوامل متعددی در نظر گرفته شوند تا عوامل ایجاد کننده ریسک در مدیریت کاهش یابد. مدیریت‌پروژه برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت پروژه در چهارچوب زمان، هزینه و کیفیت مشخص به‌سوی ایجاد نتایج مشخص‌ آن است. به بیان دیگر مدیریت پروژه بکارگیری دانش، مهارتها، ابزار و تکنیک های لازم در اداره جریان اجرای فعالیت­ها، به منظور رفع نیازها و انتظارات متولیان از اجرای پروژه است. این پزوهش بر اساس روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی تدوین گردیده و شیوه جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و میدانی انجام شده است. محدوده مورد مطالعه، واقع در غرب استان گیلان مشتمل برشهرستان های؛ آستارا، تالش، رضوانشهر و ماسال می‎باشد. جامعه آماری و نمونه پروژه‎های اجرای طرح های ‎هادی روستایی غرب استان گیلان را برای بازه زمانی(1390الی 1394) به تعداد 115پروژه شامل بوده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر براساس رتبه بندی حوزه‎های مدیریت پروژه اجرای طرح‎های‎ هادی روستایی در غرب گیلان و الویت بندی آنها نشان می­دهد که تغییر مدیریت کیفیت پروژه با امتیاز نهایی 2.04 رتبه اول و مدیریت تدارکات پروژه با امتیاز نهایی 4.2 دارای رتبه اخر بوده است که وضعیت مدیریتی تهیه ، تدوین و اجرای طرح های هادی روستایی را نشان می دهد.
