بررسی ترجیحات مصرفکنندگان برنج با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی انتخاب با تأکید بر تولید داخلی: مطالعه موردی شهر گرگان

ملخص المقالة :
اهمیت تحقق امنیت غذایی، لزوم حمایت از تولید داخلی و افزایش فضای رقابتپذیری که در سیاستهای اقتصاد مقاومتی منعکس است، بررسی پایداری تولید محصولات استراتژیک را ملزم ساخته است. با توجه به اهمیت برنج در سبد مصرفی خانوارهای ایرانی، این مطالعه با بهرهگیری از رهیافت آزمون انتخاب به ارزیابی ترجیحات مصرفکنندگان این محصول با تأکید بر تولید داخلی میپردازد. اطلاعات موردنیاز با پرسشگری میدانی از مصرفکنندگان شهر گرگان در سال 1395 به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده گردآوری شده است و تعداد 165 نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج ینشان میدهد که مصرفکنندگان برای بهبود ویژگیهای برنج تمایل به پرداخت قابلتوجهی دارند که در این میان با ثابت بودن سایر شرایط، بیشترین تمایل به پرداخت را برای بهبود ویژگی کشور تولیدکننده دارند. همچنین، ویژگیهای طعم، سلامت غذایی، بهبود سایز برنج به دانه بلند و بستهبندی فلهای در درجات بعدی اهمیت قرار دارند که افراد حاضرند برای بهبود هر یک به ترتیب 4800، 3900، 1500 و 750 تومان برای هر کیلوگرم با ثابت بودن سایر شرایط بپردازند.
