ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه:روش فراتحلیل با یکپارچهکردن نتایج بدست آمده از انجام پژوهشهای گوناگون، میزان اندازه اثر روشهای درمان را مشخص میکند. با انجام فراتحلیل میتوان دیدگاه کلی تری نسبت به تاثیر مداخلات گوناگون بدست آورد. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی درمان فعال ساز رفتاری بر میزان افسردگی میباشد که به صورت فراتحلیل انجام شده است.
روش شناسی: به این منظور از بین 15 پژوهش، 8 پژوهش، که از لحاظ روش شناختی مورد قبول بودند، انتخاب شده و فرا تحلیل رویآنها انجام شده است. تحلیل های آماری مربوطه با استفاده از نرم افزار جامعCMA-2)) صورت گرفته است.
یافته ها:یافته های بدست آمده نشان داد که درمان فعال ساز رفتاری به طور معنیداری در سطح خطای کمتر از 05% بر افسردگی موثر بوده است و اندازه ثر کلی بر حسب مقیاس هم بستگی 633% ؛ برحسب تفاوت میانگین استاندارد 857/11 و بر حسب مشخصهg هجز نیز70/1 گزارش شد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری:نتیجه این فرا تحلیل نشان میدهد که درمان مبتنی بر فعالسازی رفتاری به عنوان یک روشکاربردی میتواند به کاهش نشانه های افسردگی نوجوانان کمک کند و به عنوان یک روش موثر در جلسات درمانی مورد استفاده درمانگران قرار گیرد. با استفاده از این روش می توان نوجوانان افسرده را به عضوی فعال در جامعه تبدیل کرد و مشارکت آنها را در فعالیت های اجتماعی بهبود ببخشید.
