چکیده
این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه میان‌افزا در بازآفرینی بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری با رویکرد زمینه‌گرایی و افزایش تعاملات ساکنین در منطقه 6 کلانشهر مشهد می‌پردازد. این مطالعه پیمایشی به روش توصیفی و همبستگی در سال جاری انجام خواهد شد. هدف آن کاربردی است و با استفاده از نتایج تحقیقات قبلی برای بهبود رفتارها و روش‌ها به کار می‌رود. از لحاظ زمانی، این پژوهش مقطعی است و داده‌ها را در یک مقطع زمانی گردآوری می‌کند. برای ارائه مدل کاربردی از روش‌های QMS و Q استفاده خواهد شد و بررسی‌ها در نرم‌افزارهای PLS و SPSS انجام می‌شود. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران شهری و شهروندان ساکن در منطقه مورد مطالعه است، که اعضای شورای اجتماعی و کارگروه‌های توسعه محلی را نیز شامل می‌شود. نتایج نظری پژوهش نشان داده است که بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری پهنه‌هایی از شهر هستندکه درمقایسه باسایر پهنه‌های شهر از جریان توسعه عقب افتاده، از چرخة تکاملی حیات جدا گشته و به کانون مشکلات و نارساییها درآمده‌اند. نتیجه آنکه، مشهد بافتهای ناکارآمد بررسی شده که برای هر یک شناسه‌هایی تعیین گردیده که شاید در برخی موارد جامع نبوده و نیازمند اصلاحاتی باشند؛ ولی بهتر آن است که شاخص‌هایی برای شناسایی بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری به کار رود که دیدی همه جانبه نسبت به مسائل شهری داشته و از جداسازی انواع بافتهای شهری ناکارآمد اجتناب گردد. همچنین باید تمام انواع بافتهای تاریخی، صنعتی، محدوده‌های تجاری متروکـه و... به عنوان بافت ناکـارآمد تلقی شده و به صورت یکپارچه برای آنها تصمیم‌گیری شود. ضمن آنکه، شاخص‌ها باید به گونه‌ای تنظیم شوند که با ارایه میزانی برای سنجش، ابهامات ممکن را به حداقل رسانند.
