سنجش و ارزیابی تابآوری کالبدی شهر مریوان در برابر زلزله با استفاده از مدل ترکیبی فازی (Fuzzy) و فرآیند تحلیل شبکهای (ANP) ( نمونه موردی : شهر مریوان)

ملخص المقالة :
وقوع رخدادهای طبیعی به ویژه زلزله در شهرها آسیب های جبران ناپذیری را به دنبال دارد. به طوری که برنامهریزی برای مقابله با این چالش گذار از مدیریت بحران به تابآوری را تجویز میکند. ازاینرو هدف از این پژوهش سنجش و ارزیابی نقاط آسیبپذیر شهر مریوان در برابر زلزله با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی میباشد که برای تحلیل دادهها از مدل فازی (Fuzzy) در نرمافزار ArcGIS و مدل فرایند تحلیل شبکه (ANP) در نرمافزار Super Decision استفادهشده است.نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد 170 هکتار از بخشهای شمالی شهر (14 درصد از کل مساحت شهر) شامل محلات شماره 4،3،14،15،16،17 به دلیل شیب زیاد ، ریزدانگی بافت و عمر بالای ابنیه و 121 هکتار از بخشهای شرقی شهر (10 درصد از کل مساحت شهر) شامل محلات شماره 24،25،26،27به دلیل فاصله از مراکز خدماتی و عدم تأمین دسترسی مناسب به این خدمات و نزدیکی به گسل، در کنار 181 هکتار از بافت مرکزی (16 درصد از مساحت کل شهر) شامل محلات شماره 1،2،12،13،22 با توجه به ریزدانگی و کیفیت پایین کالبدی ابنیه آن تابآوری متوسط رو به پایینی در برابر زلزله داشته و در صورت وقوع آن بهشدت آسیبپذیر خواهد بود. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان نتیجه گرفت وضعیت شاخصهای کالبدی تابآوری در سکونتگاههای خودانگیخته و بافتهای ناکارآمد شمالی و مرکزی شهری ازلحاظ شاخصهای کالبدی با 39/0 درصد و بخشهای شرقی شهر شامل بافتهای جدید شکلگرفته بدون برنامه ازلحاظ شاخصهای فاصله و دسترسی به خدمات با 25/0 درصد بهمراتب از سایر نقاط شهر تابآوری پایینتری را در برابر زلزله دارند.
