ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: امروزه پاسخگویی یکی از مهم ترین چالش های مربوط به عملکرد مدیران است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تحلیل روابط مهارت های مدیریتی، نگرش شغلی و دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی با عملکرد مدیران بر مبنای پاسخگویی به نیازهای محیطی با میانجیگری تعهد اخلاقی و کارآمدی جمعی انجام گرفت
روش شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها و کنترل متغیرها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل همه ی مدیران متوسطه دوره اول و دوم شهر ارومیه به تعداد 1200 نفر بود. از این جامعه نمونه ای به حجم 300 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان با در نظر گرفتن سطح اطمینان 95 درصد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری دادهها پرسشنامههای استاندارد بود.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین مهارتهای مدیران، نگرش شغلی و دانش و اطلاعات بنیادی با عملکرد مدیران با نقش میانجی تعهد اخلاقی و کارآمدی جمعی یک رابطه ساختاری مثبت وجود دارد
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، به منظور ارتقای پاسخگویی مدیران، توجه به عوامل فردی و سازمانی مدارس لازم و ضروری است.
