طراحی الگوی منطقی رهبری اخلاقی پایدار با رویکرد اسلامی در نظام آموزش عالی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: آموزش عالی ترویجدهنده رهبری اخلاقی و پیشگام تحولات در سطح جامعه است. هدایت انسان در مسیر صحیح جهت نیل به توسعه پایدار نیازمند نوع خاصی از رهبری است که ارزشهای اخلاقی و پایداری را به سبک زندگی پیوند میزند. از این رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی منطقی «رهبری اخلاقی پایدار» با رویکرد اسلامی در نظام آموزش عالی برای مدیران دانشگاهی بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: رویکرد پژوهش سنتزپژوهی از نوع مرور نظاممند بود که از رویکرد شش مرحلهای مرور نظاممند (کلویتز و هانسن، 2014) استفاده شد 1- مشخص کردن کلمات کلیدی: کلمات رهبری اخلاقی، پیامدهای رهبری اخلاقی، توسعه پایدار، ویژگیهای رهبری پایدار، پیامدهای رهبری پایدار، رهبری اخلاقی پایدار و کلمات هدایتکننده دانشگاه و آموزش عالی از پایگاههای اطلاعاتیِ معتبر نظیر نورمگز، سیویلیکا، پژوهشگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، اسکوپوس، الزیویر، ساینس دایرکت، پروکوئست و سیج جستجو شدند. 2- معیارهای شمول و خروج مقالات: برای بررسی مقالات دو معیار در نظر گرفته شد: اول: تاریخ طرح موضوع: مقالات از سال 1986 به عنوان سال شروع بحث در خصوص رهبری اخلاقی در پیشینه تا سال 2024 میلادی و دوم: اعتبار منابع: مقالاتی انتخاب شدند که از پایگاهای معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی تعیین شده در مرحله اول دانلود شده بودند. 3-جستجو در پیشینه: مقالات دانلود شده مورد بررسی و غربالگری قرار گرفتند. 4-استخراج: مقالات بررسی شده بر اساس ارتباط و تناسب با هدف پژوهش در سه سطح کاملاً مرتبط، تا حدودی مرتبط و نامرتبط قرار گرفتند. 5- تحلیل توصیفی: پژوهشهای مرتبط در جدول پژوهشهای توصیفی بر اساس نام پژوهشگر، سال و نتایج قرار گرفتند. 6- تحلیل مضمون: مضامین پایه، سازماندهنده و نهایتاً فراگیر از مقالات نهایی استخراج گردیدند. به منظور دستيابي به صحت و اعتبار دادهها، معیارهای اعتبارپذیری، اعتمادپذيري و همسوسازي استفاده شد.
یافتهها: با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، 60 مضمون پایه در 6 مضمون سازماندهنده (شامل دروندادها، کارکردها، بروندادها و پیامدهای کوتاهمدت، میانمدت و بلندمدت) و 2 مضمون فراگیر( شامل فرایندها و پیامدها) قرار گرفتند و الگوی منطقی «رهبری اخلاقی پایدار» با رویکرد اسلامی در نظام آموزش عالی برای مدیران دانشگاهی طراحی شد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: کاربست این الگو در انتخاب، به کارگماری و آموزش مدیران دانشگاهی میتواند زمینهساز نیل به موفقیت و توسعه پایدار، آسایش مادی و آرامش معنوی باشد.
