ملخص المقالة :
اعتباریابی به عنوان ابزار تضمین کیفیت و عاملی برای ارزیابی الگوی توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش در سازمانهای صنعتی مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال معرفی شده است. بر این اساس این پژوهش با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی سیاهه توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش در سازمانهای صنعتی با تأکید بر فرهنگ دیجیتال انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - استنباطی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدیران آموزش در واحدهای صنعتی کشور بود که بر اساس فرمول (Godden, 2004) تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه تعیین و به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای مشخص و سیاهه به صورت تصادفی توزیع شد. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته برگرفته از بخش کیفی استفاده شد. در ادامه از آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون فریدمن به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس و آموس استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی الگوی اعتبار یابی توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال، عوامل علی منجر به انتخاب راهبرد میشود که به پیامدهایی در حوزههای مختلف میانجامد. در این میان عوامل زمینهای و عوامل مداخلهگر نیز بر انتخاب راهبرد نهایی تأثیرگذار هستند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج آزمون فریدمن، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین رتبه‌های مولفههای سازنده این الگو وجود دارد. الگوی ارائه شده از برازش و اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار است و می‌توان از آن جهت ارزیابی توسعه حرفهای مدیران آموزش مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال استفاده کرد.
