طراحی و اعتبار سنجی الگوی خانواده متعالی با تأکید بر سرمایه فرهنگی و روان شناختی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبار سنجی الگویی خانواده متعالی با تاکید بر سرمایه فرهنگی و روان‌شناختی در خانواده فرهنگیان کرمان انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نظر هدف،کاربردی و از نظر روش، همبستگی است. روش این تحقیق به‌صورت کمی و کیفی از نوع روش آمیخته با راهبرد اکتشافی بوده است. در بخش کیفی روش دلفی و در بخش کمی توصیفی- همبستگی بوده است. جامعه مورد بررسی در قسمت کیفی اساتید دانشگاه و صاحب‌نظران کشوری و مشاوران بود. نمونه آماری بخش کیفی پس از اشباع نظری 30 نفر و در بخش کمی 384 نفر بوده اند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند در بخش کیفی و خوشه ای چندمرحله ای در بخش کمی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در مرحله کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در مرحله کمی پرسشنامه سرمایه فرهنگی بوردیو (1990) و سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، تحلیل عامل تأییدی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و از نرم‌افزارهای Amos نسخه 24 و SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از برازش مدل مفهومی تحقیق نشان داد الگوی ترسیم شده از برازش قابل قبول برخوردار است. در بخش کمی سرمایه فرهنگی، سرمایه روان‌شناختی به ترتیب تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر خانواده متعالی به میزان 0/44 و0/48 داشتند و اثر کل سرمایه فرهنگی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی بر خانواده متعالی 0/29 بوده است (0/05= p). طراحی الگوی خانواده متعالی با تاکید بر سرمایه فرهنگی و روان‌شناختی، می‌تواند راهنمای جامع جهت محققان این حوزه باشد.
