ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر اخلاق کاری اسلامی بر رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار با نقش میانجی سیاست سازمانی ادراک شده و بینزاکتی سرپرست انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه کارکنان دانشگاههای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری به تعداد 2200 نفر تشکیل دادند که از طریق فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران تعداد 600 نفر به عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه اخلاق کار اسلامی علی (1992)، پرسشنامه رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار بنت و رابینسون (2000)، پرسشنامه سیاست سازمانی ادراک شده کاچمار و کارلسون (1997)و پرسشنامه بینزاکتی سرپرست کورتینا و همکاران (2001) بودند که روایی پرسشنامهها بر اساس، روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پس از اصطلاحات لازم روایی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و از سوی دیگر پایایی پرسشنامهها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 90/0، 90/0، 88/0 و 80/0 برآورد شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مشتمل بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اخلاق کاری اسلامی بر رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار تاثیر منفی داشت که ضریب این تاثیر 65/0- بود و همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که سیاست سازمانی ادراک شده و بینزاکتی سرپرست نقش میانجی بین اخلاق کاری اسلامی بر رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار داشت.
