اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر نشانگان ضربه عشق، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تاب آوری زنان دچار طلاق عاطفی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده در شهر اهواز

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان اثربخشی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر نشانگان ضربه عشق، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تاب آوری زنان دچار طلاق عاطفی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده در شهر اهواز بود. روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان دچار طلاق عاطفی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده در شهر اهواز در سال 1404 بودند. به اين منظور تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار داده شدند. براي جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای، نشانگان ضربه عشق راس (۱۹۹۹)، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی بوند و همکاران (2011) و تاب آوری کانرودیویدسون (2003) استفاده شد. درمان مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای براي گروه آزمايشی اجرا شد و به گروه كنترل، آموزشی داده نشد. برای تحليل دادهها از روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری (مانوا) و تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیری (آنوا) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر بهبود نشانگان ضربه عشق، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تاب آوری در زنان مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده اثربخش بود (001/0>p). از اینرو پیشنهاد میشود که درمان مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب در مراکز مشاوره خانواده بر زنان دچار طلاق عاطفی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
