چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از آسیب زاترین مسئله هایی که زنان با آن روبه رو هستند پیمان شکنی همسر است که می تواند منجر به نشانه های شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری در آنان گردد . تحقیق حاضر با هدف اثر بخشی درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی بر اسناد خصمانه و خودخاموشی زنان آسیب دیده از پیمان شکنی همسر انجام گرفت.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و یک دوره پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری زنان متأهل آسیب دیده از پیمان شکنی همسر ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1403 بود که به دلیل خیانت همسر به مراکز خدمات روانشناختی این شهر مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 30 نفر از این زنان به روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی از نوع در دسترس براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج از پژوهش انتخاب به گونه تصادفی15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه اسنادخصمانه آرنتز و مقیاس خودخاموشی جک ودیل بود. درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجان بر اساس برنامه درمانی مک کی و وسط(2016)طی 8 جلسه انجام شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده هاتحلیل واریانس استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافته ها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر رویکرد هیجانی اثر بخشی معناداری در نمرات اسناد خصمانه و خودخاموشی کل دارد(05/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی می تواند به کاهش اسناد خصمانه و خودخاموشی در زنان آسیب دیده پیمان شکنی کمک کند.
