بررسی تطبیقی استراتژی های توسعه فاوا در آموزش و پرورش و تربیت معلم کشور فرانسه و هند

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی استراتژیهای توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در آموزشوپرورش کشور فرانسه و هند انجام شد. در این پژوهش شباهتها و تفاوتهای راهبردهای توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در کشورهای فرانسه و هند در حوزه اهداف و خطمشیها، تربیتمعلم، ابتکارات و نوآوریها بررسی و تعيين شباهتها و تفاوتهای ميان آنها و ارائه پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای بهبود بخشیدن به فاوا در آموزشوپرورش ايران، موردنظر بوده است. بر این اساس نوع مطالعه تطبیقی-توصیفی و روش آن توصیفی- تشریحی مبتنی بر تجزیهوتحلیل مقایسهای می باشد.. دادههای موردنیاز بر اساس منابع دستاول و دستدوم، نظریات علمی، پژوهشهای انجامشده داخلی و خارجی و همچنین از طریق اسناد، شواهد و مدارک موجود گردآوری شد و بر اساس مدل چهارگانه جرج بردی مورد مقایسه قرارگرفته است. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، نشانگر آن است که اولين و ابتداييترين قدم درزمینه ی توسعه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، پژوهش و تحقيق بنيادي در اين زمينه و دارا بودن برنامه ها و سياست های روشن است
