جهانیشدن؛ فرصت یا تهدیدی برای سلامت؟ (مورد کاوی ایران)

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: بخش سلامت بهرغم عمومی بودن و طبیعت غیرتجاریاش، به میزان قابل توجهی تحت تأثیر جهانیشدن قرار گرفته است. جهانیشدن بهواسطهی برداشتهشدن مرزهای گمرکی، ایجاد بازارهای مشترک، رشد و توزیع درآمد و ...، میتواند به طور مستقیم بر سلامت تأثیرگذار باشد؛ علاوه بر آن، جهانیشدن بهواسطه عواملی همچون تأثیر بر روی فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم، بر عرصهی سلامت تأثیرگذار است. لذا، هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثر جهانیشدن بر روی سلامت در ایران میباشد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه با استفاده از دادههای سری زمانی 1390 - 1358 به بررسی رابطهی پویای بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت بین شاخصهای سلامت، شاخصهای جهانیشدن، درآمد سرانه و سرانهی پزشک پرداخته است. به این منظور از آزمون همگرایی کرانهها و مدل خودرگرسیون با وقفههای توزیعی (ARDL) استفاده شده است. همچنین، تحلیل دادهها به کمک نرمافزارهای Eviews و Microfit انجام شده است. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده از مدل ARDL، جهانیشدن کل، جهانیشدن اقتصادی، جهانیشدن اجتماعی، درآمد سرانه و سرانهی پزشک، شاخصهای سلامت را در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت بهبود میبخشند، در حالیکه تأثیر جهانیشدن سیاسی بر شاخصهای سلامت در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت بیمعناست. یک درصد افزایش در شاخص جهانیشدن کل، امید به زندگی را در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت بهترتیب 03/0 و 14/0 درصد افزایش و نرخ مرگ و میر کودکان زیر 5 سال را در کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت بهترتیب 07/0 و 29/0 درصد کاهش میدهد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که جهانی شدن اقتصادی به طور قابل توجهای نسبت به سایر جنبههای جهانیشدن، شاخصهای سلامت را بهبود میبخشد؛ لذا، حرکت به سمت اقتصاد باز میتواند بر ارتقای سلامت افراد جامعه مؤثر باشد.
