بررسی عوامل تسهیلکننده نظام پیشنهادات در شبکه بهداشت و درمان فیروزآباد

مقدمه: مشارکت فعال کارکنان درانجام امور یکی از عوامل موفقیت سازمانها است و به نظر میرسد نظام پیشنهادات به عنوان یکی از روشهای سبک مدیریت مشارکتی مهمترین راهکار جلب مشارکت کارکنان میباشد که علاوه بر جلب همکاری در افزایش انگیزه آنان نیز موثر است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین عوامل تسهیلکننده استقرار نظام پیشنهادات در شبکه بهداشت و درمان فیروزآباد است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی همبستگی و از لحاظ زمانی یک پژوهش مقطعی میباشد .جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مدیران عالی، میانی و سرپرستان شبکه بهداشت و درمان فیروزآباد تشکیل میدهد و نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری به تعداد 50 نفر است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 13 سوال است که اعتبار آن به روش اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (80/.) تایید گردید. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از روشهای آماری توصیفی، تحلیل همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون در نرمافزار آماری SPSS استفاده گردیده است. یافتهها: در این پژوهش مشخص شد که آموزش کارکنان سازمان، اطلاعرسانی و ارائه بازخورد در موفقیت نظام پیشنهادها موثر بوده و استقرار آن را با سهولت بیشتری میسر خواهد کرد. نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش استقرار نظام پیشنهادات راهکار موثر جهت مشارکت فعال کارکنان در امور سازمان است که با اطلاعرسانی مناسب، آموزش کارکنان و بازخورد دادن به نظرات و ایدههای آنها میتوان به این هدف دست یافت.
