رابطه جو سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان، پیامدهای مهمی برای سازمانها به همراه دارد. بروز این رفتارها میتواند سبب افزایش عملکرد و کارایی سازمانی شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین جو سازمانیو رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بین کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی بود که بطور مقطعی در سال 1393 انجام شد. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای جو سازمانی لایل ساسمن و سام دیپ (1989)، و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پودساکف و همکاران (1987) به همراه ویژگیهای دموگرافیک کارکنان بود. جهت کسب اعتبار علمیپرسش نامههای مزبور از روش روایی محتوایی با CVI بالاتر از 8/0 و برای پایایی آن ها از روش آزمون-بازآزمون و تعیین آماره ضریب همبستگی برابر 95/0 برای جو سازمانی و 79/0 برای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی استفاده شد. بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 313 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در نهایت تعداد 241 پرسشنامه بصورت کامل در اختیار پژوهشگر قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل آماری از نرمافزار Spss استفاده شد و برای تحلیل رابطه بین متغیرها از آزمونهای پیرسون، اسپیرمن، تی و آنوا بهرهبرداری لازم به عمل آمد. میزان رعایت رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان بالاتر از حد میانگین و بیش از نیمیاز آنها از جو سازمانی موجود رضایت دارند. یافتهها: بین جو سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی و تمامیابعاد آن رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. هم چنین جو سازمانی به میزان 14% بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تاثیرگذار بود. نتیجهگیری: استقرار جو مناسب و مورد رضایت کارکنان بر فضای سازمانها موجب بروز رفتارهای فرانقش و خود جوش از سوی کارکنان خواهد شد که در نهایت میتواند در موفقیت سازمانها تاثیرگذار باشد.
