رابطه الزامات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی و اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: سیستمهای اطلاعات بیمارستان به عنوان پیش نیازی جهت ارائه موثر و با کیفیت مراقبت سلامت در بیمارستانها محسوب میشوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مطالعه رابطه الزامات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی و اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی بود که در سال 1395 انجام گردید. جامعه آماری آن شامل 162 نفر از کارشناسان واحد فناوری اطلاعات، مسئولین و پرسنل اداری و درمانی بود که با سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی سروکار داشتند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته براساس مطالعات مشابه بود که روایی آن توسط کمیته خبرگان و پایایی آن قبل از انجام مطالعه در یک نمونه 30 نفری با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ (93/0=a) بررسی و تایید گردید. نحوه تکمیل پرسشنامه به صورت مراجعه حضوری و خود ایفایی میباشد. تحلیل اطلاعات با آزمون تی مستقل، تی زوج و آنوا و به کمک نرمافزار SPSS انجام گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین و انحراف معیار الزامات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی قبل از اجرای طرح تحول مقدار 0.60±2.63 و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول مقدار 0.74±3.10 به دست آمد. آزمون تی زوج دونمونهای نشان داد میانگین 6 گروه الزامات نیروی انسانی، حرفهای، فنی، سازمانی، قانونی و مالی به صورت معنیداری بعد از اجرای طرح تحول سلامت افزایش یافته است(05/0>P). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش مثبت طرح تحول سلامت بر الزامات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی، این طرح توانسته الزامات مرتبط با اجرای هرچه بهتر سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در حوزههای انسانی، مالی، قانونی، سازمانی، فنی و حرفهای ارتقا دهد.
