بررسی ظرفیت انطباقپذیری سازمانی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: در این عصر دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی به دلیل روبرو شدن با واقعیتهای جدید بایستی ظرفیت انطباقپذیری خود را بالا ببرند. هدف از این مقاله بررسی ظرفیت انطباقپذیری دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی بود. روش پژوهش: برای انجام این تحقیق از روش توصیفی - پیمایشی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این تحقیق اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی در استان فارس بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، یک نمونه 152 نفری از میان آنها به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبتی انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. اعتبار محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط محقق تعیین و پایایی کل پرسشنامه نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرانباخ0/863 برآورد گردید. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که میانگین نظرات پاسخگویان در خصوص هر 5 مؤلفه انطباق پذیری (ظرفیت پاسخگویی، ظرفیت انعطافپذیری، ظرفیت یادگیری سازمانی، ظرفیت شراکت، منابع مورد نیاز) در حد متوسط میباشد. نتیجهگیری: بطور خلاصه ریشه انطباقپذیری متوسط دانشگاهها را میتوان در مواردی مانند ظرفیت پاسخگویی کم، ظرفیت یادگیری سازمانی کم، ظرفیت تعامل و شراکت کم، فقدان منابع لازم برای مواجهه با تغییرات، انعطافپذیری سازمانی کم دانست.
