رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای چابکی سازمانی در بخش دولتی با مدل ای.تی.کرنی و روش تاپسیس (مطالعه موردی بیمارستانهای شهر بیرجند)

مقدمه: در دنیای پرتغییر امروزی، مدیریت و اداره صحیح چالشهای پیشروی سازمانها، از مهمترین آرمانهایی است که هدفش برخورد موفقیتآمیز با تغییرات محیطی مداوم، پویا و غیرقابل پیشبینی است. از اینرو سازمانی چابک شناخته میشود که بتواند چنین مدیریتی داشته باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، رتبهبندی عوامل و بررسی وضعیت چابکی و راهکارهای ارتقای آن در بیمارستانهای شهر بیرجند است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش در این مقاله، توصیفی - تحلیلی و از حیث هدف، کاربردی است. برای سنجش چابکی سازمانی از مدل ای.تی.کرنی استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه تحقیق در بین 75 نفر از کارکنان سه بیمارستان شهر بیرجند توزیع گردید. همچنین از نرم افزارهای SPSS و اکسل جهت آزمون آماری و رتبهبندی به روش تاپسیس استفاده شد. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج آزمونهای میانگین (آزمون t) در سه بیمارستان و سطح معنیداری به دست آمده برای هر معیار در چابکی سازمانی، بیمارستان (الف) در سه معیار فرهنگ و ارزش ها، خدمت به مشتری و تغییر سازمانی چابک است. در بیمارستان (ب) چون سطح معنیداری بعد مدیریت عملکرد کمتر از 0/05 است، پس در این معیار (مدیریت عملکرد) چابک میباشد. همچنین بیمارستان (ج) نیز در ابعاد فرهنگ و ارزشها و تغییر سازمانی چابک است. همچنین نتایج رتبهبندی بیمارستانها از نظر چابکی سازمانی با استفاده از روش تاپسیس نشان داد که بیمارستان (ج) با شاخص نزدیکی نسبی 0/555 در جایگاه اول، بیمارستان (الف) با شاخص نزدیکی نسبی 0/523 در جایگاه دوم و بیمارستان (ب) با شاخص نزدیکی نسبی 0/044 در جایگاه سوم قرار دارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج آزمونهای آماری نشان میدهد که بیمارستان (الف) در سه معیار (فرهنگ و ارزشها، خدمت به مشتری، تغییر سازمانی)، بیمارستان (ب) در یک معیار (مدیریت عملکرد) و بیمارستان (ج) در دو معیار (فرهنگ و ارزشها، تغییر سازمانی) از شش معیار مربوط به چابکی سازمانی، وضعیت مطلوبی دارند.
