عوامل نهادی تاثیرگذار بر بینالمللی شدن شرکتهای فناور داروسازی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: امروزه صنعت داروسازی به عنوان یکی از کلیدیترین و عظیمترین صنایع جهان مطرح است و در اختیار داشتن چنین صنعتی به منزله یکی از معیارهای مهم توسعه یافتگی کشورها شناخته میشود. بینالمللی شدن فناوری، فرآیند تعریف شدهای دارد که عبارت از انتقال دانش و فناوری از یک فرد یا گروه به فرد یا گروه دیگر به منظور به کارگیری آن در سیستم، فرایند، محصول و یا یک روش انجام کار میباشد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بینالمللی سازی شرکتهای فناور داروسازی با رویکرد نهادی میباشد. روش پژوهش: در این تحقیق عوامل نهادی تاثیرگذار بر بینالمللی شدن شرکتهای فناور داروسازی با استفاده از روش کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت داروسازی، شناسایی و با استفاده از روش تئوری داده بنیاد تحلیل گردید. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی است. یافتهها: در نتیجه تحلیل دادهها، مهمترین عوامل نهادی مورد نظر خبرگان شامل 33 عامل از کل مصاحبهها استخراج و شناسایی گردید و این عوامل در چهار بعد قانونی، هنجاری، شناختی و هدایتگر دسته بندی شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد در بعد قانونی، عامل تسهیل در قوانین صادرات و اصلاح نظام قیمتگذاری دارو، در بعد هنجاری، ثبات مدیریت و برنامههای شرکت، در بعد شناختی، آشنایی با بازاریابی بین الملل و اهمیت به تحقیق و توسعه و در بعد هدایتگر، اخذ گواهینامههای معتبر بینالمللی از مهمترین عوامل نهادی تاثیرگذار بر بینالمللی شدن شرکتهای فناور داروسازی میباشند.
