بررسی تأثیر آموزش ضمن خدمت بر بهرهوری پزشکان شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی: یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: آموزش کارکنان یکی از عوامل اصلی بهرهوری نیروی انسانی در هر سازمان است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر برنامه آموزش ضمن خدمت بر بهرهوری پزشکان شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان طراحی گردید. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه شبه تجربی یک گروهی از نوع قبل و بعد بوده و شرکتکنندگان شامل 86 نفر از پزشکان شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بودند که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه سنجش بهرهوری بر اساس مدل هرسی و گلداسمیت بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله توسط پزشکان تکمیل گردید. گروه مداخله به مدت 51 ساعت آموزشهای ضمن خدمت را دریافت کردند. دادهها توسط نرمافزار 16SPSS و با استفاده از روش آماری تی زوجی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین میانگین نمره بهرهوری پزشکان قبل و بعد از دریافت آموزشهای ضمن خدمت ارتباط مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/05). از نظر مؤلفههای مؤثر بر بهرهوری نیز در حیطههای انگیزش و ارزیابی عملکرد اختلاف معنادار آماری قبل و بعد از آموزش مشاهده گردید (p<0/05). نتیجهگیری: برگزاری دورههای آموزش ضمن خدمت باعث بهبود بهرهوری در تعدادی از مؤلفه های مؤثر بر بهرهوری میگردد. لذا توصیه میگردد با غنی ساختن آموزشها دیگر مؤلفه های مؤثر بر بهرهوری بهبود یابند.
