ایمنی اتاق عمل بر اساس استانداردهای بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستانهای دانشگاهی شهر اردبیل

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: ایمنی بیمار حوزه جهانی در تمامی عرصه های خدمات سلامت است. مراقبت و خدمات غیر ایمن علاوه بر تحمیل رنج به انسان ها، هزینه های اقتصادی سنگینی نیز به بار می آورد. با توجه به حساسیت ویژه ایمنی بیمار در اتاق عمل، هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی اتاق عمل بر اساس استانداردهای بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی میباشد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه مقطعی با مشارکت تمامی 57 نفر پرسنل اتاق عمل سه بیمارستان دانشگاهی شهر اردبیل در سال 96 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی بیمار سازمان جهانی بهداشت بود که روایی و پایایی آن طی مطالعات متعدد داخلی و خارجی تایید شده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی ANOVA در نرم افزار SPSS18 استفاده شد. یافتهها: بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) از لحاظ استاندارد بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی با امتیاز میانگین 82% ، بیمارستان علوی با امتیاز 84% و بیمارستان دکتر فاطمی با امتیاز میانگین 77% دارای شرایط خوب بودند. نتیجهگیری: با وجود این که وضعیت ایمنی بیمارستان های مورد مطالعه مطلوب بود ولی با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، به نظر میرسد برنامه ریزی برای دستیابی به سطوح بالاتر استانداردهای بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی از سوی بیمارستان های مورد مطالعه باید به صورت مداوم در دستور کار مدیران بیمارستان ها قرار گیرد.
