بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر بازار مصرف داروهای تخصصی در ایران

مقدمه: بازار محصولات دارویی از بزرگترین و پردرآمدترین بازارهای دنیاست که ارقام بالایی هر ساله در آن رد و بدل میشود. بازاری که هر تصمیمگیری نادرست درباره آن به سرعت بازار سیاه را رونق میبخشد و دلالان دارو را قویتر میکند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر بازار مصرف داروهای تخصصی در ایران صورت پذیرفته است.روش پژوهش: نتایج پژوهش پیش به روش کمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مبتنی بر مطالعات بنیادی است. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس روش گردآوری دادهها یک پژوهش پیمایشی - مقطعی است. در این مطالعه از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند برای انتخاب خبرگان و روش تصادفی ساده به تعداد 385 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که دو عامل تعدیلگری کاهش سود انحصاری بر روابط بین فرآوری و سهولت مصرف بر پیشبینی بازار مصرف دارو با ضریب 414/4 با سطح معناداری 0/0001 که از حد تعیین آلفا = 0/05 کوچکتر است، به عنوان مهمترین عامل و تعدیلگری کاهش سود انحصاری بر روابط بین دسترسی به مطب و پزشک بر پیش بینی بازار مصرف دارو با ضریب 2/355 و سطح معناداری 0/0001 به دو عامل مهم در تاثیر گذاری بر پیشبینی بازار مصرف داروهای تخصصی در ایران قابل شناسایی هستند.نتیجهگیری: در نهایت میتوان گفت با توجه به تاثیر زیاد ویژگیهای دارو و خصوصیات بیمار در انتخاب دارو بهتر است شرکتهای بازاریابی وقت و انرژی خود را روی بازاریابی داروهایی با پروفایل دارویی مطلوب تر(از نظر پزشکان) بالا قرار دهند.
