تعیین اولویت ابعاد، مولفهها و شاخصهای ارتقای اثربخشی دورههای آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان ستاد مرکزی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: وضع موجود آموزش ضمن خدمت در وزارت بهداشت این که آموزشها مبتنی بر الگوهای سنتی بوده و محتوای این دورهها با نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان همسویی ندارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اولویت ابعاد، مولفهها و شاخصهای ارتقای اثربخشی دورههای آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان ستاد مرکزی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی میباشد.روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق، توصیفی پیمایشی، از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها جزو تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی، با 10 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی که به شیوه نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. روایی و پایایی مصاحبهها توسط مصاحبشوندگان تایید و دادهها از طریق کدگذاری متن تحلیل شد. در بخش کمی، بعد از استخراج ابعاد، مولفهها و شاخصهای موردنظر، پرسشنامهای طراحی و بین 351 نفر از کارکنان ستاد مرکزی انتخابشده به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده توزیع و دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS24 تحلیل شد.یافتهها: در راستای تحقق هدف تحقیق، اقدامات انجام شده شامل مصاحبه با صاحبنظران، تحلیل محتوای مطالب از طریق کدگذاری، توزیع پرسشنامه و تحلیل دادهها با کمک آزمون فریدمن که در نهایت اولویت ابعاد، مولفهها و شاخصهای استخراجشده مشخص گردید. مقدار میانگین رتبه با بیشترین اولویت بُعد مسئولیتپذیری به جای احساس وظیفه 4/3269 و مولفه جلوگیری از انزاوی شغلی 4/3153 میباشد.نتیجهگیری: یافتههای تحقیق این که از بین ابعاد و مولفههای استخراجشده، به بُعد مسئولیتپذیری به جای احساس وظیفه و به مولفه جلوگیری از انزوای شغلی بیشترین توجه وجود داشت.
