طراحی الگوی یکپارچه توزیع کالاهای اساسی با هدف مبارزه با دلالی و رانتجویی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی یکپارچه توزیع کالاهای اساسی با هدف مبارزه با دلالی و رانتجویی است. روش: دادههای مورد نیاز از 9 نفر از خبرگان و صاحبنظران و مدیران مرتبط با حوزه بازاریابی و توزیع (صنعت و دانشگاه) با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه باز گردآوری و با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. ابتدا 213 کد اولیه توسط محقق شناسایی شد، سپس با ترکیب، تدقیق و کنارگذاشتن کدهای تکراری، 194 کد نهایی استخراج شد. با ترکیب و دستهبندی کدهای نهایی، 59 مفهوم و 31 مؤلفه برای چارچوب پژوهش حاصل شد. یافته: یافتهها نشان داد شرایط علی شامل شرایط نامناسب اقتصادی، سیاستهای نامناسب دولتی، شرایط نامناسب زیرساختی، و شرایط نامناسب اخلاق کاری و اجتماعی میشود. یافتهها نشان داد که پدیده اصلی از مؤلفههای شیوههای توزیع سنتی (آفلاین)، شیوههای توزیع آنلاین و شیوه توزیع همه کاناله تشکیل شده است. یافتهها نشان داد شرایط زمینهای شامل لجستیک و نگهداری، تأمین و تولید، تشکل، اصناف، اتحادیهها و سازمانهای مردم نهاد، مشارکت دولت، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و نیازسنجی و فرهنگسازی مشتریان میشود. یافتهها نشان داد شرایط مداخلهگر شامل ویژگیها و سبک زندگی، فرهنگ و الگوی مصرفی، ماهیت بازارها، مشتریان و محصولات، قابلیتهای واسطههای بازاریابی، قوانین بازدارنده، قابلیتهای تولیدکننده و توزیعکننده میشود. یافتهها نشان داد که راهبردها و مکانیزمها به مؤلفههای حوزه حمل و نقل و نگهداری، تأمین و توزیع، قوانین و مقررات، بازاریابی، تشکلها، اصناف و اتحادیهها و سازمانهای مردم نهاد، حوزه دولت و مالیات و سوبسید دستهبندی شده است. یافتهها نشان داد پیامدها شامل عوامل اقتصادی، توزیع، دولت، مصرفکننده، اجتماعی و رقابتی میشود. نتیجهگیری: در این پژوهش شرایط علی؛ زمینهای؛ پدیده اصلی؛ شرایط مداخلهگر؛ راهبردها؛ و پیامدهای توزیع یکپارچه کالاهای اساسی شناسایی شد.
