ملخص المقالة :
هدف بررسی رابطه بین مولفه های عینی و ذهنی قومیت با توسعه مشارکت سیاسی در شرق استان گلستان (با تاکید بر انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی) می باشد.روش تحقیق پیمایشی و جامعه آماری کلیه افراد 18 سال به بالای سه قوم فارس،ترکمن و سیستانی می باشد.روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون T و تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون چند متغیره و ضرایب همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر استفاده گردیده است.یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین مولفه های عینی (سطح تحصیلات،عدم وجود تبعیض در دسترسی به مدیریت ،توجه به نظرات) با میزان توسعه مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد و همچنین بین مولفه های ذهنی(قوم گرایی،احترام به نخبگان،احترام به بزرگان و ریش سفیدان) با توسعه مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد. و فرضیات تحقیق با افزودن نقش متغیر جنسیت و قومیت نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در نتیجه رابطه بین مولفه های عینی و ذهنی با توسعه مشارکت سیاسی دارای رابطه ای معنادار است.
