نقش تحلیل ساختار فضایی سیمای سرزمین در ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی(EIA) (مطالعه ی موردی: تالاب بین المللی میانکاله)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: استفاده از روشهای ارزیابی اثرات محیطزیستی یکی از ابزارهای مهم در مطالعات مدیریت محیطزیست و کاهش عوامل بالقوه آسیبرسان محیطزیستی در مناطق حساس مانند تالابها برای حصول به توسعهی پایدار است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت ترکیب و توزیع فضایی تالاب بینالمللی میانکاله و همچنین بررسی کارایی سنجههای سیمای سرزمین برای ارزیابی اثرات زیستمحیطی است.روش بررسی: بدین منظور ابتدا تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست 7 و 8 سنجندههای ETM+ و OLI مربوط به سالهای 1380 و 1395 تهیه گردید. سپس با انجام پردازش و پیشپردازشهای لازم نقشه کاربری اراضی تهیه شد و نقشههای رستی وارد نرمافزار FRAGSTATS 4.2 گردید و تجزیه و تحلیل از الگوهای سیمای سرزمین در قالب رویکرد چشمانداز محیطزیستی با استفاده از معیارهای فضایی انجام گرفت. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج میتوان بیان داشت که پهنه آبی تالاب (که مهمترین بخش تالاب) و متعاقباً اراضی مرطوب تالابی سطح وسیعی دارند و حالت ریزدانه و لکهی به خود نگرفته است، اما در طی زمان مورد مطالعه دچار حذف قسمتی از پهنه خود گشته است. کاربری پوشش گیاهی و اراضی انسانساخت نیز با ایجاد لکههای جدید و دو تکه شدن اختلالی را در محیط طبیعی ایجاد کردهاند. کاربری کشاورزی هم حالت لکهای نداشته و افزایش مساحت آن بصورت لکههای بزرگ بوده است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بیان شده مدیریت صحیحی در محیط تالاب به اجرا در نمیآید. زیرا که مدیریت حاضر تالاب میانکاله یک مدیریت سختافزاری و قدیمی است، همچنین به علت قرار گرفتن این تالاب در دو استان، مدیریتی یکپارچه ندارد و برنامه-ی مدیریتی، پراکنده و چندگانه میباشد. در نتیجه با ایجاد طرح مدیریتی یکپارچه و منسجم میتوان تا حدودی بر مشکلات این تالاب فایق آمد. مطالعه حاضر بهخوبی نشان داد که سنجههای سیمای سرزمین ابزاری مناسب برای ارزیابی اثرات زیستمحیطی در کمترین زمان بهشمار میآیند.
