ارزیابی وضعیت پارکها و فضای سبز شهری با استفاده از مدل الکتره (مطالعه موردی:شهر اردکان)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: افزایش آلودگی های ناشی از رشد جمعیتی و بروز انواع فشار های روحی و روانی ناشی از آن، فضای سبز را به عنوان نیاز زیستمحیطی، جسمی و روحی مطرح کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت پارکها و فضای سبز شهری در شهر اردکان
با استفاده از مدل الکتره انجام شدهاست.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه بر اساس روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای، بررسی های میدانی و با استفاده از مدل الکتره صورت گرفت.در این روش شاخص های کمی و کیفی مورد استفاده و با مقایسات زوجی میان گزینه ها رتبه بندی شدند و با پیاده سازی روش الکتره به صورت گام به گام و استفاده از فاکتور های مساحت، فضای سبز و زیبایی، فاصله تا مرکزشهر، امنیت،کیفیت امکانات و تاسیسات و کیفیت وسایل و تجهیزات به رتبه بندی 5 پارک و فضای سبز شهری اردکان پرداخته شد و عملکرد شهرداری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد از بین پارک های مورد بررسی، پارک فرهنگیان واقع در خیابان صدرآباد- شهرک ولیعصر، درمقایسه با چهار پارک دیگر، توانسته است عملکرد بهتری را از خود نشان و شاخص های مورد بحث را به خود اختصاص دهد.اینپارک،19000 مترمربع مساحت دارد و مجهز به ایستگاه سلامتی و تفریحی است و فاصله آن تا مرکز شهر(میدان 15 خرداد)، 6/3کیلومتر است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: ارزیابی پارک ها و فضای سبز شهری شهر اردکان نشان می دهد در برنامه های توسعه فضایی توجه به فضای سبز، برای دست یابی به توسعه متعادل و پایدار امری ضروری است از نتایج این بررسی می توان در برنامه ریزی های فضای شهری به طور گسترده استفاده کرد.
