ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: جایگاه و انتظارات از آموزش عالی و بهویژه از دانشگاه در دهههای اخیر نسبت به قبل تغییر کرده است و انتظار اجتماع از آموزش عالی آن است که نقش و جایگاه خود را در عرصه تغییر و نو آفرینی و بهتبع آن توسعه پایدار و حفاظت از ارزشهای سنتی و نوین جوامع بشری به شیوهای مناسب ایفا نماید. بنا بر این ضروری است که دانشگاهها در راستای حرکت به سمت توسعه پایدار و ارتقا مؤلفههای زیستمحیطی زیستگاه بشری، فعالانه مشارکت نماید. شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها میتواند بهعنوان یک نقشه راه و راهنمایی کلی، راهنما و راهگشای این مراکز در مسیر استقرار مدیریتسبز باشد. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها اجرا شده است.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش جهت شناسایی مؤلفههـای مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شده است. در ایـن راستـا، با استفاده از نظرات اعضای پنل که عبارت بودند از 19 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی و خبرگان حوزه مدیریت آموزش عالی، محیط زیست و انرژی، ابتدا با تلفیق مؤلفههای استخراج شده از مبانی نظری پژوهش و مؤلفههای پیشنهادی خبرگان، پرسشنامهای بسته پاسخ و باز پاسخ در دو مرحله در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و در زمینه میزان ارتباط مؤلفهها با مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها و تعیین میزان اهمیت هریک از ابعاد در این رابطه با مدیریتسبز از خبرگان نظرخواهی شد و نظرات آنها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: در این پژوهش دوازده بعد اساسی رهبری و راهبردها، سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی، حکمرانی دانشگاهی و ادارهامور سازمانی، ارتباطات و تعامل با محیط، منابع انسانی و امور پرسنلی، بودجه و منابع مالی، فنآوری و اطلاعات، زیرساختها و تجهیزات، امور آموزشی، امور پژوهشی، نظارت، ارزشیابی و پاسخگویی، اقدامات و برنامههای زیستمحیطی در زمینه مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها شناسایی و مورد تائید خبرگان قرار گرفت که هر یک از ابعاد چندین مؤلفه را شامل میشود. در نهایت 77 مؤلفه در این زمینه شناسایی و با وزن بالا مورد توافق قرار گرفت که جهت استقرار مدیریتسبز در دانشگاهها میتواند مورد توجه و استفاده قرار بگیرد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که از نظر خبرگان مهمترین ابعاد در بحث مدیریتسبز دانشگاهها به ترتیب عبارتند از سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی، مدیریت منابع مادی و تجهیزات دانشگاه، رهبری و راهبردها، فنآوری، مباحث اجرایی و امور سازمانی دانشگاه، منابع مالی است، منابع انسانی، پژوهش، آموزش، ارتباط با محیط و نظارت و ارزشیابی.
