ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: رهاسازی پسابهای کاستیک دورریز واحدهای پالایشگاهی بدون اعمال روشهای تصفیه به دلیل دارا بودن ترکیبات سمی فراوان و اکسیژنخواهی شیمیایی (COD) زیاد، آثار سوء محیطزیستی به دنبال دارد. در این پژوهش دو فرآیند اکسیداسیون هوای مرطوب (WAO) و خنثیسازی با اسید سولفوریک (DAN) به منظور تصفیه فاضلاب کاستیک دورریز پالایشگاه نفت بندرعباس در جنوب ایران مورد بررسی و بهینهسازی قرار گرفتند.روش بررسی: این فرآیندها در آزمایشگاه به ترتیب بوسیلهی یک راکتور شیشهای و یک راکتور با حجم 500 میلیلیتر به صورت نیمه پیوسته، به مدت 18 ماه، از شهریور 1398 انجام شد. آزمایشهای فرآیند تصفیه مربوط به دو روش بر روی تعدادی از فاکتورهای مهم انجام شد و برای بهینهسازی نتایج آزمایشها از نرمافزارDesign Expert استفاده شد. برای طراحی آزمایشها از روش باکس-بنکن (BBD) استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که فرآیند WAO کاهش 43 درصدی COD را نشان داده، پارامترهای دما و فشار، بیشترین تاثیر را در کاهش COD کاستیک دورریز داشته و فرآیند DAN موجب کاهش 68 درصدی COD گردیده و پارامترهای pH و دما بیشترین تاثیر را داشتهاند.بحث و نتیجهگیری: فرآیند WAO روشی محیطزیست دوستتر بوده و فرآیند DAN به دلیل رایج بودن، آسانی انجام آزمایشها، نیاز کمتر به تجهیزات و هزینه کمتر، پیشنهاد میگردد.
