ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: سنجش رضایتمندی سکونتی به عنوان یکی از شاخصهای کیفیت محیط سکونتی و از مباحث اصلی و مورد توجه پژوهشگران در مطالعات معماری و شهرسازی است است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی و ارزیابی رضایت ساکنان مسکن مهر از لحاظ کیفیت معماری با توجه به شاخص های معماری پایدار که منجر به پایداری و رضایت ساکنان مسکن مهر می شود.
روش کار: روش تحقیق حاضر بصورت توصیفی- تحلیلی و گردآوری داده ها بصورت مطالعات پیمایشی و کتابخانه ای انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق نیز شامل ساکنان مسکن مهر سهند که برابر 25394 هستند که با روش نمونه گیری کوکران 378 نفر به عنوان نمونه جهت توزیع پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. برای روایی سوالات از روایی صوری و برای پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار Spss و Amos استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بر اساس تحلیل عاملی مرتبۀ دوم بارهای عاملی تمام عوامل کیفیت معماری پایدار بر روی میزان رضایت ساکنین مسکن مهر بزرگتر از 4/0 بوده و در سطح احتمال 99% باهم معنی دار هستند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بیشترین تأثیرات مربوط به عوامل کالبدی-عملکردی بوده با بار عاملی (75/0) و بعد آن به ترتیب عوامل اجتماعی-معنایی با بار عاملی(69/0) کیفیت ساختاری-فضایی با بار عاملی(61/0) و کیفیت محیطی با بار عاملی (55/0) قرار دارند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: در نهایت نتیجه گرفته میشود که در میزان رضایت ساکنان از مسکن مهر شهر سهند چهار عامل کیفیت معماری به لحاظ شاخص های معماری پایدار اثرگذار بودهاند و رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری باهم دارند.
