ملخص المقالة :
زمینه هدف: با افزایش سریع جمعیت انسانی و مصرف بیش از حد منابع طبیعی، تقاضا برای خدمات اکوسیستم از ظرفیت تأمین آنها فراتر رفته است. خدمات اکوسیستم مزایا و منافعی هستند که بهطور مستقیم و یا غیرمستقیم بر رفاه انسان اثر میگذارند. با توجه به اینکه خدمات اکوسیستم، سامانههای طبیعی و جامعه بشری را به هم متصل میکنند، لذا برای رونق اقتصادی، رفاه و ادامه حیات بشر ضروری هستند.
روش بررسی: در مقاله حاضر به تبیین خدمات اکوسیستم آبخیز و با تأکید بر مسائل مرتبط با تولید رواناب و کاهش فرسایش در حوزه آبخیز پرداخته شده است. ضمن مرور کاملی از مطالعات انجام شده با اهداف مختلف، طبقهبندی انواع خدمات اکوسیستم، رویکردهای مورد استفاده در ارزیابی این خدمات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در ادامه به چارچوب ارزیابی اکوسیستم هزاره (MEA) در رابطه با تعامل بین خدمات اکوسیستم و رفاه انسان پرداخته شده است. همچنین ارتباط مدیریت آبخیز با بهبود خدمات اکوسیستم بحث شده است. مدلهای مورد استفاده در برآورد خدمات اکوسیستم اشاره شده و در نهایت جمعبندی در خصوص نقش و اهمیت رواناب و کاهش فرسایش در خدمات اکوسیستم بهعنوان یکی از مولفههای مهم پاسخ آبخیز صورت گرفته است.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از مرور منابع نشان داد که اکثر مطالعات مرتبط فقط روی تعداد معدودی از خدمات اکوسیستم متمرکز شدهاند و بررسی جایگاه تولید رواناب و کاهش فرسایش و تنظیم آن بهعنوان یک خدمت اکوسیستم در این مطالعات چندان مشهود نیست.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه مسئله رواناب و فرسایش در جهان و بهویژه ایران یک مسئله جدی است، بنابراین اقدامات شناسایی عوامل، کنترل و حفاظت از مناطق مستعد تولید رواناب، رسوب و فرسایش از مهمترین وظایف و اقدامات ملی در کشور است. بر این اساس میتوان با گستردهتر کردن مطالعات و تحقیقات و ارائه روشهایی برای کمّی نمودن و پیشبینی خدمات اکوسیستم مبتنی بر خدمات تنظیمی رواناب و کاهش فرسایش به اولویتبندی و پهنهبندی مناطق مستعد رواناب و فرسایش برای تبیین راهبردهای مدیریتی و بازدارندگی کمک شایانی نمود.
